Accepted Payment Methods: The box-office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit cards and Cash. Personal and business checks will not be accepted.
Box Office Internet SALES: Tickets that are on sale may be purchased online at our website www.dawsonco-optickets.com; with our print at home capability you may print your tickets using your home computer and printer. Or you can have your tickets mailed to you, or you can choose the Will Call option. WILL CALL is only available on the day of show. No exceptions.
Box Office Charge By Phone: tickets for all events that are on sale may be purchased from 8AM PST- 9PM PST, 7 days a week, by calling New Era Tickets call center toll free number 1-877-339-8499.
Box Office Ticket Outlet: Tickets are also available at the Dawson Co-op High Performance Ticket Outlet located in the Styles dept at the Dawson Co-op mall. The hours are Monday to Saturday 9am- 6pm. On sales will be available at the Dawson Co-op High Performance Ticket Outlet on conjunction with the Tiger Box Office Plus. Please remember: not all promotions and specials are available at the Co-op High Performance Ticketing Outlet that is available at the Tiger Box Office Plus or online.
Weekend on sales: the Tiger Box Office Plus will be open for any weekend public on sales announced for the events centre, all customers will be helped in the order in which they arrive, until the line has subsided or the show sells out of tickets. In the event that all tickets do not sell out, and all patrons in line have been helped, the Tiger Box Office will remain open for 1 hour after the last customer leaves.

Day of Show (Weekday): The box office will be open at the regular time of 10am on day of shows. Closing times may vary, but generally we are open until at least 30 minutes after the show begins. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.
Event Days on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday: the Tiger Box Office Plus will be open at noon or 1 hour prior to the show, whichever comes first. Unless it is a hockey game then The Tiger Box Office Plus will be open 2 hours prior to the doors being open.
Will Call: Will call is available ONLY on the day of show. WILL Call tickets will be ready to be picked up at 12pm (noon) or two hours prior to the event, whichever comes first. Unless it is a hockey game then the Tiger Box Office Plus will be open two hours prior to doors being open.
Customers must bring photo ID bearing the name specified at Will Call to claim tickets, and also their confirmation number.
It is important to note that there can be no additions or changes to Will Call, unless an alternate pick up name is submitted to 1-877-339-8499 by the purchaser priopr to the event. Only changes from 1-877-339-8499 shall be honored by the Tiger Box Office Plus. In addition patrons cannot pick up partial order of Will Call tickets, and leave the rest with the Tiger Box Office Plus. The Tiger Box Ofice Plus is not responsible for property (i.e. tickets) of the customer.
Maximum ticket purchases: vary by event. Generally is 6 ticket limit for concert, or 8 ticket limits for a family show. This is subject to changes based on artist/ event stipulations, and in the rare circumstances at the sole discretion of the General Manager and Asst. General Manager.
Tickets for children: discounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for various events. Age restrictions and the amount of discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. If a child is 12 months or less in age and the accompanying adult is aware that the child will not have a seat, and will sit on the accompanying adult’s lap, no ticket is necessary and entrance to the events is free of charge.
Accessible Seating: accessible seating is available for all events at the EnCana Events Centre. Please tell the ticket seller, when purchasing your tickets, that you will need accessible seating. You may purchase accessible seating at the Tiger Box Office Plus or over the phone at 1-250-782-7443. Due to the layout of the building, wheelchair accessible seating is not available on the floor. Please allow (2) weeks’ notice for hearing-impaired interpreters when needed.
Lost/ Stolen tickets: if tickets are lost or stolen you should immediately report them to the Tiger Box Office Plus at the EnCana Events Centre. For stolen tickets a copy of the police report must be presented to pick up replacement tickets. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash. If the Tiger Box Office Plus replaces lost tickets, the tickets will only be available at Will Call on the day of the event by the original purchaser with ID and will subject to a $5.00 per ticket reprint charge.
Tickets not received in the mail: If you order tickets by phone or through the internet and did not receive them in the mail by day of show, (14 days after your order was purchased), you should immediately call New Era Tickets 1-877-339-8499. Have your confirmation number ready and inform them you did not receive your tickets. Once you have phoned New Era Tickets, your tickets will be available for pick up at the Will Call window on the day of show.
Cancelled and Postponed Events: occasionally, concerts are cancelled or postponed. Should this happen, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that concert. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed event, please check the concert information online at www.dawsoncreekeventscentre.com or by contacting us at 250-782-7443. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and also placed on The EnCana Events Centre website www.dawsoncreekevetnscentre.com .
If an event is cancelled, and you purchased your tickets through www.dawsoncreekeventscentre.com, www.dawsonco-optickets.com or by phone 1-877-339-8499, we will automatically issue you a refund to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket. If a ticket was purchased through the Tiger Box Office Plus at the EnCana Events Centre or the Dawson Creek Co-op High Performance ticketing outlet, then you will only be able to receive the refund by presenting the ticket yourself to the EnCana Events Centre at the Tiger Box Office Plus.
If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue pr promoter may set refund limitations usually this is only three weeks. Please contact us for more information or to request a refund if you cannot attend the rescheduled event. Please make sure to include/provide your account number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges: before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues and artists, generally prohibit us from exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen , damaged or destroyed tickets. All tickets for events at the EnCana Events Centre are fully exchangeable for 2 calendar days (48 hours) after purchased when you buy new tickets from us of equal or higher price. We will not exchange tickets bought within the week before show. Exchanges may only be done at the Tiger Box Office Plus at the EnCana Events Centre with approval from management, with a $5.00 per ticket fee. In addition, we may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after original on sale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale prices.
If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If credit card was used to make the refund purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. Refunds may only be done at the Tiger Box Office Plus at the EnCana Events Centre, and approved by management.
EnCana Events Centre will not be held liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a postponed or cancelled event.

- Changed your mind? Can’t make it to the event?? We give you 36 hours to change your mind. All tickets for events are fully exchangeable for 36 hours after purchase, up until one week from show. Tickets purchased at the outlet, over the phone or internet must be returned to the Tiger Box Office Plus, retail outlets cannot exchange tickets bought online or by phone and there will be a $5.00 per ticket fee.
