For those with non-visible disabilities, it may be possible to obtain a special assistance identification card allowing guests easier access to their seats. Please call the Tiger Box Office Plus, 250-782-7443 for more information.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is located throughout the building depending on the event and location of the stage.

Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event
Guests, who need accessible seating but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

Companion Seating
One adjacent companion seat may be purchased. Any additional needs please contact the Tiger Box Office Plus, 250-782-7443.

Entrances & Elevators
All entrances at the EnCana Events Centre are accessible. There is one elevator and is conveniently located at in the Main Foyer

 Washroom Facilities
All washroom facilities at the EnCana Events Centre are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family services washrooms are located on all levels. Baby change tables are located in the family services washrooms.

Service Animals
All service animals are welcomed at the EnCana Events Centre. Please notify your ticket seller at time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.

Concessions
All concession stands are at an accessible height.
Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available at the EnCana Events Centre, depending on the type of event. Designated area includes Sections 101, 117, 121 and 123, row 15

All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation.

Lost and Found is located in the Tiger Box Office Plus. Articles found during an event are kept through the next day and then are stored for 30 days. For more information, please call (250) 782 7440.
