First Aid – There are two (2) first aid locations, the first is located in the main administration office located behind the Tiger Box Office Plus. The second is located in the South East corner of the building near the Operations offices.
Door Open Times –Typically gates open 1 hour prior to event time, unless otherwise noted.
Lost and Found – If you lost an item at an EnCana Events Centre event, please call the Tiger Box Office Plus 250-782-7443 to claim your item.

Luxury Suite Rentals
Whether you’re looking to promote your business, celebrate a special day or simply enjoy the great view, the in-suite service and added comfort of being in one of the Luxury Suites at the EnCana Events Centre will alter your perception of the best way to view an event.
The EnCana Events Centre offers Luxury Suite rentals for individual events. Each rental includes 10 tickets (2 additional tickets can be purchased) and 3 VIP parking passes. The Luxury Suites can accommodate up to 12 people. Rental pricing and availability is event specific and can be obtained through the Premium Seating Coordinator, Kathleen Connolly at kconnolly@dawsoncreekeventscentre.com or by calling (250) 795-3305. We also offer an in-suite food and beverage service which is available by pre-order so that your Luxury Suite is ready upon your arrival at the facility.

nothing says they deserve the best like the VIP experience.
When you purchase a Suite or Club Seats you receive VIP Parking Passes. These parking passes enable you to park in the VIP parking lot on the north side of the building. You can access the VIP parking lot from 1st Street (east of the EnCana Events Centre, and upon providing your parking pass for the event, you will be permitted to proceed to the VIP parking area.
Please enter the building via the VIP entrance next to the pool entrance. At this check point you will be instructed to proceed up the elevator to suite level where a member of our staff team will scan your ticket.
In addition, each suite level guest will be searched for concealed contraband along with any and all bags (including purses) entering suite level.
